I’m moving my blog over to blogspot. Seems like I can do more with a blog over there and I really like some of the features they have that you can’t find here. It’ll be easy to maintain both, all I have to do is copy and paste so I may do that for a while until I can figure out which I really like better.

Twitter……what????

Thanks to some friends of mine I have delved into Twitter World!!! OMG, I know! It’s one of those things I said I’d never do. Just like Facebook. Just like Farm Town on Facebook. And Farmville on Facebook. And a few other applications on Facebook. I guess I can at least be grateful there are no game applications or any other applications on Twitter. So, if any of the few that are reading this blog are on Twitter you can ‘follow’ me.

My friend Heather over at Everything Scrapp’n also signed up on Twitter. Please follow the Everything Scrappn Twitter too. And if you haven’t seen her on Facebook yet, look her up and become a fan, you’ll get a head’s up on all the newest products hitting the store.

While you’re at it, go ahead and take a look at Everything Scrapp’n store and look at the fabulous items that have hit the store in the past week. Altered Star: Graphic 45 has done it again! They’ve come out with a new line called Domestic Goddess and it is soooo FABULOUS!!!! I had too many ideas in mind for this paper line but once I found this star to alter I knew I had to use this amazing paper to do it. Please let me know what you think. Products used: Graphic 45 Domestic Goddess: My Pretty Garden, Lady of the House, Yours Truly, Happy Homemaker and Domestic Goddess Tags.

Pizza Box with Card Set: I found this tutorial to make a mini pizza box, so I decided to make some small cards to match. I like the simplicity of this set, it looks great just sitting on your desk and would also make a great gift. Product used: SEI Madera Island Palmas, Pink Paislee Enchanting Petal, Cloud 9 Cocoa Mint Quote Cards, Prima Flowers, Studio8 Rhinestones, Savvy-n-Sassy ribbon, Bazzill cardstock.

After writing all the names down, putting them in a bowl, I let my kitty Gucci play and the first slip of paper he pull out was the winner, and it had Kimberly’s name on it.

We had such a great time with our previous Blog Hop we thought we’d do another one. Take a look around and if you see something you like please post a comment on the Everything Scrappn Blog. Thickers Giveaway!!!!!

Everyone loves American Crafts Thickers! Well, maybe not EVERYONE, but if you’re a scrapbooker you definitely LOVE Thickers. Also, if you’re a scrapbooker and you’ve heard about CHA you know that it’s coming to Orlando in July. I’ll be going to CHA-Orlando with Heather from Everything Scrappn, along with another design Team member Suz. We will be looking at all the newest products, deciding what to order, trying to figure out what you’d love to see in Heather’s online store. What products are you impatiently waiting for, what would you like to see that you haven’t seen yet. Then the idea hit me……….

So how about an EASY as pie contest? And yes, you guessed it, the prize will be AC Thickers!!!! Here’s the easy part, all you have to do to have your name entered into the drawing is leave a comment telling me what you’d to see, what you’d like to get your hands on from CHA-Orlando. Easy enough! But it gets a little better. We will start off with 2 packs of Thickers to giveaway. Then for every 10 comments (one comment per person) I will add another pack of Thickers to the prize package, but there will be a maximum of 10 packs of Thickers. Gotta stop somewhere, right?!!!!

Graphic 45

I love working with the Graphic 45 Communique scrap paper line. The look is wonderful, the feel of this paper is amazing. I’ve been doing a lot of old black and white family photos and this paper just goes perfectly.

Folded card with tags:

Doodlebug:

This new paper from Doodlebug Designs is so incredibly cute, you really just have to see it in person. I have 3 nieces that are sisters and each of them has a daughter of their own, so I needed this paper for a layout of my three great nieces.
